My photographic career actually started out with me being involved in nature photography. As a graduate of Falmouth University’s Marine & Natural History photography, I had grand ambitions to save the world through conservation photography but quite quickly discovered that animals don’t actually pay you… who knew?! Whilst at university I started working as a second shooter for a wedding photographer and was hooked immediately. As a wedding photographer, you have the opportunity to document one of the most important days in a couple's life, and provide them with lasting memories that they can cherish for years to come. Being able to capture the love and joy between two people, the happiness of their family and friends, and the intricate details of the wedding day is a unique and fulfilling experience. The satisfaction of delivering a beautiful wedding album to a happy couple and knowing that you played a part in making their day special is a feeling that cannot be matched.

Away from wedding photography, I'm the founder of the The WILD Photo Awards - a scheme that provides talented landscape and wildlife photographers with the opportunity to monetise their passion through regular photography competitions. The project has gone on to fund the planting of nearly 1,000 trees across Northern Malawi to date. As a side note, by booking me for your wedding, you can also contribute to this cause as I pledge to plant 100 trees for each booking. When not holding a camera you're most likely to find me hacking my way around a golf course, or... no. There is no or. You'll find me on a golf course. I bloody love golf. I also hate golf.
